This policy explains what information CEM Digital LLC ("CEM Digital", "we") collects through cemdigital.agency, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The short version: we only collect what we need to contact you and start your plan, we do not sell your information, and this website does not run advertising or tracking.

What We Collect

• What you type into our form: your name, business name, email, phone number, website (optional), and city or service area.
• A record of your agreement: the date and time you checked the agreement box, the version of our policies you accepted, and the page you accepted on.
• What you tell us when you call, email or message us.
• During onboarding, access to your Google Business Profile, website or other accounts that you choose to give us. We use that access only to do the work you hired us for.
• Our website host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

How We Use It

• To reply to you and confirm your plan.
• To onboard you, do the work, and send your weekly updates.
• To bill you and keep records of what we agreed.
• To protect ourselves in a dispute and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Who Sees It

Only people and tools that help us run the business, and only as needed. That includes our website host, the tools that receive our form, and the email, scheduling and payment tools we use to work with you. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if the business is sold.

Third Parties On This Site

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Map in the footer. When those load, Google receives your IP address and browser information. See our Cookie Policy.

How Long We Keep It

As long as we need it to serve you and to keep records of what we agreed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we need to keep something for legal or billing reasons.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop calling or emailing you. Email carlos@cemdigital.agency and we will respond within 30 days. If you live in a state with a privacy law, you can use the same email to use any rights it gives you.

Do Not Track

This site does not track you across other sites, so there is nothing to turn off.

Children

Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we add advertising or analytics tracking to this site, we will update this policy first and give you a choice before they run.
