Refund Policy

All payments to CEM Digital LLC are final and non-refundable. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time. Here is exactly what that means for your money.

No Refunds

Payment is made in advance for the period you chose, and we do not refund it. This applies to the $650 monthly plan and to the $1,699 plan for 3 months, including any months you do not use.

Cancelling

Email carlos@cemdigital.agency to cancel. Cancelling stops all future billing. We finish the period you already paid for.

The Guarantee Is Not A Refund

If you are not on the first page of Google by the end of month 3, we keep working and charge nothing more until you are. That is the guarantee. It is not a money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for the full terms.

Billing Mistakes

If we charge you by mistake or charge the wrong amount, we correct it and return the difference.
