Terms of Service

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between you (the client) and CEM Digital LLC (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our"). There is no signed contract. By checking the agreement box on our form, or by paying for a package, you agree to the following terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Our Offer

We will optimize your Google Business Profile and local search presence with the goal of getting you on the first page of Google within 90 days. First page of Google means a top 10 position in Google Maps for your main keyword and target area, which we agree on at the start.

Scope of Services:

• Complete Google Business Profile audit and optimization
• Optional website build with SEO, quoted and billed separately
• A review page for your business to send to customers
• Weekly post planning including content strategy
• Local SEO work to improve map rankings
• A weekly update on what we did and what is working
• After page one, we keep ranking you for more keywords and more areas

Guarantee

Your first 3 months are paid. If you are not on the first page of Google by the end of month 3, we keep working and charge nothing more until you are. Once you reach the first page, regular billing resumes if you choose to continue. The guarantee applies to clients who stay for the first 3 months, and only while all required business assets remain active and unchanged. This is not a money-back guarantee. No Contract, Cancel Anytime

There is no contract and no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time by letting us know. Cancelling stops all future billing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals when needed, and proper access to your Google Business Profile and other relevant assets required for fulfillment.

Payment Terms

Plans are $650 per month, or $1,699 for 3 months paid upfront. Payment is always due in advance and can be made by Zelle or a payment link, your choice. Payments must be made on time in order for work to continue uninterrupted.

Website Care

For websites we build, Website Care is required. It is $49 per month, or $490 per year paid upfront. It covers hosting, upkeep and a few small edits each month. It is included at no extra charge with every local SEO plan. Like our other services, it is paid in advance and you can cancel anytime. Your domain is yours to keep. If you cancel Website Care, the website we host comes down. If you want us to move it to your own host, the transfer service is a one-time $250. If you only want the files, ask and we will send them.

Limitations

Results may be affected by platform changes, suspensions, business information issues, profile changes, policy violations, or factors outside our direct control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
