SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between you (the client) and CEM Digital (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our"). By agreeing to this document, you agree to the following terms.

Our Offer

We will optimize your Google Business Profile with the goal of achieving a Top 10 ranking in Google Maps for your target area and your main keyword within 90 days.

Scope of Services:

• Complete Google Business Profile audit and optimization
• Optional website build with SEO
• Building a strategic review generation system
• Weekly post planning including content strategy
• Local SEO work to improve map rankings

Guarantee

If we do not achieve the agreed ranking goal within the campaign period, we continue working at no additional management fee until we do, assuming all required business assets remain active and unchanged.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals when needed, and proper access to your Google Business Profile and other relevant assets required for fulfillment.

Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the package selected. Payments must be made on time in order for work to continue uninterrupted.

Limitations

Results may be affected by platform changes, suspensions, business information issues, profile changes, policy violations, or factors outside our direct control.
